About Tstebike
TST E-bike (TST GRP LLC) sells electric bikes direct from a warehouse at 820 S Wanamaker Ave in Ontario, California, and runs a second pickup and test-ride location in Diamond Bar, CA. The brand's calling card is the moped-style e-bike: a long bench seat, fat tires and full suspension, with pedals so it still counts as an e-bike.
Here's the lineup as it stood on October 23, 2026, with sale prices from TST's own site:
- R002 (20-inch, 1500W, full suspension): $799, down from $2,199. That's the 15Ah, roughly 65-mile version; the 25Ah battery for up to 100 miles is listed at $1,099.
- R7 (1500W moped-style cargo bike, 2026 model): $899, down from $2,099.
- R9 (dual-battery, long-range moped style): $859, down from $1,399.
- Carrier (20-inch cargo e-bike): $1,099, down from $1,899.
- Surfer (27.5-inch step-thru commuter): $899, down from $1,877.
- Buddy Pro (20-inch folding e-bike): $899, down from $1,999.
- GT63 (2600W electric dirt bike): $1,199, down from $1,899.
Top speeds run from 23 to 32 mph depending on the model, according to TST's FAQ. If you're shopping for a teen or plan to ride on bike paths, check the exact speed and your local e-bike rules before you buy.

When Tstebike releases new codes
TST almost never sells at its "regular" price. In late October 2026 nearly every bike on the site shows a markdown of 39% to 64%, so a big strike-through price on its own doesn't mean you've found a rare deal.
The current promotion is a Halloween event called Wicked Big Deals, which advertises savings of "up to $1,400+". That matches the R002's $2,199 to $799 cut. A site banner also pushes the R002 at $799 as a holiday gift.
As of October 23, 2026, TST's site says nothing about Black Friday or Cyber Monday (November 27 and November 30, 2026). With prices already this low, a further drop isn't guaranteed. If you need a bike now, today's price is a reasonable buy. If you can wait, check back in late November, and keep TST's 14-day return window in mind.
How to get a Tstebike code
- Hot Deals collection: discounted single bikes, such as the Surfer step-thru commuter at $899 (regular $1,877).
- E-bike sale page: includes the R002 at $799 (regular $2,199), the Carrier at $1,099 (regular $1,899) and the Surfer at $899. TST's own banner on this page promises up to $2,700 off.
- Combo Sale: bundle listings such as the R002 Combo at $1,398 (regular $4,398), R002 + GT63 at $1,898, R7 Combo at $1,498, and R9 and Surfer Combos at $1,698 each. TST's sales page groups these under "Buy 2 & Save $200", but the R002 Combo's "What's in the box" list shows one bike. Confirm with TST how many bikes you're getting before you order.
- Free accessories: on October 23, 2026, the R002 Combo page offered a free R-Series Front Light and R002 Fender Set, listed at $178 combined.
- Email signup: TST's newsletter pop-up offers $50 to $100 off or a free gift worth up to $219 during Wicked Big Deals.
- Special population discount: an extra $60 off any e-bike for military (including veterans and dependents), police, fire and EMT, medical staff, teachers and university students. Email support@tstebike.com with one proof document and TST sends a code. It's U.S. only and can't be combined with other codes.
How to use a Tstebike coupon code
- Add your bike to the cart on tstebike.com. Pick the right battery and color first, because the price changes by variant (the R002 Combo runs from $1,398 to $2,198 depending on those choices).
- At checkout, enter your shipping information.
- On the review step, type your code into the discount box and apply it before you pay. TST's payment page says to enter the code at this step.
- Make sure the discount shows in the order total, then pay.
- If a code fails, it may not stack with a sale price or another code. TST's special population code, for example, can't be combined with any other discount code.
Double-check everything right away: TST says orders can't be changed after 2 hours.
How to save money at Tstebike
- Pick up locally if you live nearby. TST offers local pickup at Ontario (Mon to Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM) and Diamond Bar (daily, 10 AM to 5 PM), both in California. Both are listed on TST's Test Ride & Pickup page, so it's worth calling ahead to try a bike before you buy.
- Know the return costs. Returns within 14 days of receipt carry no restocking fee, but you pay return shipping and that cost isn't refunded. The policy page also says 14 days "of purchase" and charges a 15% handling fee on returns that aren't for quality issues, so ask TST which rule applies before you send a bike back. After 14 days, unused bikes can face up to a 20% fee. Used bikes (under 30 miles, within 30 days) can face up to 35%, and nothing is accepted after 30 days.
- Don't refuse the delivery. TST charges up to $150 per e-bike for a refused delivery or a buyer cancellation.
- Inspect the box the day it arrives. Damage or missing parts must be reported with photos within 3 days of receipt.
- Read the warranty fine print. TST advertises a 2-year warranty, but the warranty page lists 2 years only on the frame. The motor, battery, controller and charger get 1 year, and many small parts get 6 months. Water damage, heavy-rain riding and off-road impacts aren't covered.
- Spread the payment. Shop Pay Installments can split orders of $50 or more into payments for eligible buyers.
FAQ
Tstebike frequently asked questions
Does TST E-bike offer free shipping?
Yes, to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. TST does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and some remote areas may not be serviceable. You can also pick up your bike for free at TST's warehouse in Ontario, CA or its Diamond Bar, CA location.
How long does TST delivery take?
TST's shipping policy says arrival time is 3 to 5 working days, including processing. Its FAQ instead says orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days, mainly by FedEx Ground. Expect roughly a week and ask TST for an estimate if your timing is tight. High order volume can add delays.
What is TST E-bike's return policy?
Unused bikes in original packaging can be returned within 14 days with no restocking fee. The policy wording says 14 days from receipt in one place and from purchase in another. The buyer pays return shipping, a 15% handling fee applies to returns for non-quality reasons, and no returns are accepted after 30 days from delivery. Used bikes must have fewer than 30 miles on the odometer.
Is there a TST E-bike Black Friday sale in 2026?
As of October 23, 2026, TST's website doesn't mention Black Friday or Cyber Monday (November 27 and November 30, 2026). The current promotion is the Halloween "Wicked Big Deals" event, with the R002 at $799. We'll update this page if TST announces a Black Friday sale.
Does TST offer a military, teacher or student discount?
Yes. TST offers an extra $60 off any e-bike to military members, veterans and dependents, police, fire and EMT, medical workers, teachers and university students. Email [email protected] with one proof document, such as a DD-214 or a dated student ID, and TST will send a code. It's U.S. only and can't be stacked with other codes.
What warranty do TST e-bikes have?
TST markets a 2-year warranty. Its warranty page says "up to 2 years": 2 years on the frame, 1 year on the motor, battery, controller, charger and display, and 6 months on parts like brakes, throttle and pedals. Normal battery degradation, water damage, crashes, commercial or rental use and unauthorized modifications are excluded.
